A home page or index page is the page people usually land on when they click a link to your site from a search engine or when people enter your website address (URL) in their browser's address window.

About Us / The Company

This page allows you to expand, giving more details about your company than you can on your home page. It gives you have a second opportunity to sell your company after a prospective customer has read your home page.

Products and/or Services

On this page, you can expand on what your company can offer. It may be a single page, or be a submenu with links which expand on each product or area of your activity.

If you're a member of a Trade or Professional Association you will have been granted the use of their logo in most cases. Is it a logo that people are familiar with and that can help raise your profile and engender trust?

You may wish to dedicate a page to any complaints and/or arbitration procedures that your customers may take advantage of if things go wrong.
